With over 25 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Jain has a deep dedication to helping her patients live healthier, more fulfilling lives. She specializes in posttraumatic stress disorder and women’s health psychiatry, bringing a thoughtful understanding of how psychological and social factors shape overall well-being. Dr. Jain believes that healing begins with connection and strives to create a space where every story is valued and every voice is heard. Her approach blends evidence-based psychopharmacology with a strong focus on lifestyle and behavioral changes, uniquely integrating medical treatment with tailored guidance in daily habits based on individual patient needs. By offering practical strategies for sleep, movement, and nutrition, she empowers patients to actively shape their mental health. Before joining Mindpath Health, Dr. Jain spent more than 14 years as a healthcare leader at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System, where she also served as a researcher with the National Center for PTSD and an educator at Stanford University School of Medicine. Outside of her clinical work, she is a passionate writer who finds joy in hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
