Dr. Shaima Kakar Sulemankhil, MD

I went in for what I thought was Lyme disease. I'd never seen her before. She listened carefully, asked númerous questions and asked if she could run some tests. They came back as she'd suspected. I had thyroid issues, RA as well as SLE which (confirmed after months of testing with specialists.) She followed up with me the following months making sure I didn't have any questions with the many specialists I became familiar with. That same year I had open heart surgery to fix an ascending thoracic aortic aneurysm as well. Though she has little to do with my poor health-luck, she had everything to do with being a phenomenal dedicated provider that followed up with a stubborn patient who's irritabilities made it difficult to seek help when in pain. Without her encouragement I probably would not have sought the scans to find my heart issues that enable me to write this review. She is pretty great.

the doctor does not care about her patients, does not understand disease process and does not know the medications. she needs to stop practicing medicine.
