This doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me. No diagnosis, no prescription. Told me to use nasal spray. Charged my insurance $438.

She is one of the worst doctor we had ever met, I met her last week as i was feeling fullness of ear due to some wax, i told her clearly that we have been using debroux from past few days but it did not help at all, i still insisted to to use debroux for few more days if that doesn’t help; come back(Gotcha 1 to make money she called me again) , as expected, i went back after few days and then met the doctor, she came with her old and dirty instruments ( she don’t even have microscope) , finally she started cleaning my ear, while cleaning up she used the instruments so harshly that it Bruce my ear drum, I was crying in tears , but the doctor never stopped and told that you are too sensitive, And hence, having pain. Once doctor was done cleaning, she asked me to leave, I was still in pain and no improvement in my hearing, I complaint to the staff, staff consulted with doctor who suggested that if I am still not feeling better then go for hearing test and in case of pain take telenol, she… never came and meet me to console or even talk. After reaching home i had pain throughout the night, I took some pain relief medicines and somehow slept, next morning I met another doctor who checked my ear thoroughly and cleaned the wax using microscope very gently( no pains while cleaning) and finally i am all good now. I would recommended that such doctors should be removed from zocdoc or else I will stop using this app, DONT ever go tho this doctor, if you are in problem and not finding any appointments, stay home for few days u til find any alternates and go for it.

I can not find words to explain how bad is her office management. I have tried to make an appointment for almost four months, first they want referral from my PCP, my primary physician send them twice but they said did not receive it, then i tried for a few days till the got it. After spending couple weeks on referral finally i talked to some one in her office and got an appointment but within an hour she called me that we need to cancel and reschedule, ok , again end of the day she called saying, again they need to cancel because that was some one else time that they gave me and will call me next day for new schedule. No one called me next day till i call them and got new appointment,this time for after four weeks. The day of my appointment I went to her clinic after been waiting almost for two months, but in my surprise their office manager told me that since i did not receive a confirmation call ( what usually known as reminder call not confirmation) i should not gone to the… clinic and the appointment was canceled. She gave me another appointment for next month, after three weeks since i was not going to be in town for my appointment , I called to reschedule, they gave me another earlier day but before we hang up she cancel and gave me another one. And finally again the day before my appointment they call me to reschedule , when i said enough is enough , after four months, ridicules.

Very disappointed with staff. Rude, lack of professionalism, do not return calls. I have seen Dr. Husain once and that was for approximately 10 minutes after a two hour wait. Two procedures were requested by her office, completed and never a call back on results. I am in the process of contacting a new ENT and will transfer my records from this horrible experience.

It took me an hr to waiting in the waiting room to see the doctor and once i seen the ma took my vitals it took another 45 min to see her pa which i was not aware of. I usually seee drs not pa's she told me her story she was new in town and in the specialty so i did not feel comfortable with the pa explaining to me what she thought was my diagnosis. On top of that you could hear dr husain arguing with her husband yelling across the hall. UNPROFESSIONAL I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AT ALL OR STAFF!
