I recently made an appointment at Vision Optique in Metairie and Dr. Shaista Vally saw me. I was having black floaters and blurryness in my left eye. I simply can not express enough how grateful I am for Dr. Vally. She explained the different things that could be wrong, in detail, reassured me that everything would be ok and gave BOTH my eyes a thorough exam. She explained what she found, what she thought it was and recommended an eye specialist. She even called the specialist and explained what was going on and made sure they saw me the same day. The medical Assistant at the specialist’s office was very impressed with the detail and information given on her referral as well. Dr. Vally called me a few days after our initial appointment to check and see how i was doing and if i was satisfied with the specialist and to let me know she is available if i had any other issues or questions. I was so impressed with Dr. Vally’s professionalism and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for… an amazing eye doctor.
