Well I barely write comments or reviews for someone. its been a long time I am looking for a pediatrician for my kids. I heard really good stuff about the doctor. I called the office today and unfortunately someone named Diana picked up the phone. Very unfriendly, unprofessional. I have PPO BlueCross Blue Shield and she told me to call insurance and make sure if they are one of the providers under my policy. Honestly, at this point no matter how good the doctor is if she is getting paid for a job that I have to do it for her.... I am like " no honey you better do your job, you lost me there". Never ever heard doctor's office ask the patient to call the insurance , instead they ask for insurance information and check if they accept it. I hope doctor herself reads this review and make sure to address this issue with the staff. Sorry Diana, I could tell today you were in a bad mood, and so am I.

Dr Mazmanian is really caring and takes her time. Has a very easy going demeanor. She has a no nonsense attitude but listens to your concerns. I don't know if she is overworked or what, but does come across a bit tired. S

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY WHEN I COME HERE ALL SHE DID WAS TAKE A COUPLE MINUTES WITH MY CHILD AND GIVE HER OPINION AND DIDN'T BARELY EVEN TAKE ANY TIME TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. JUST ASKED QUESTIONS AND THEN CHARGED ME FOR HER "EXPERT" OPINION.
