Dr. Rahman, Its Komal Patil Hope you remember me! I am missing my stay at Beckett Springs.....

He spends very little time getting your history before recommending medications. When I expressed concern that a new med was too strong and making me sleep all day, his response was at least I wasn't on a higher dose.

Worst 2 years of my life under his care.

Doesn’t spend any time with patients. Prescribed medication based on what the pharmaceutical reps are pushing to get his bonus. No care or concern for patients. Was even told by the therapists that he will prescribe as many medications as possible and they agree he is a terrible doctor. He sees over 96 patients each day. Meaning he has less than 5 minutes to find and see each patient.

Arrogant, thinks he’s always right. If his initial diagnosis or med isn’t working, instead of re-thinking, he just adds another drug. Interacts little with patients, doesn’t listen to patients. It’s "my way or no way".

Money scheme at Beckett Springs. Made a stupid off the cuff comment in frustration in the adolescent side with my son. Ended up on a 72 hour hold. Dr. Rahman who put the hold on, never spoke to me nor read my self assessments before locking me up. I was threatened with a continued hold through the courts if I didn’t take the anti psychotic meds and voluntarily sign in, thus waiving any rights to leave in 72 hours. He was condescending and dismissive of any questions as to why I was being held. I filed a complaint in the facility and asked for another doctor. I was given no protection from him as my complaint was shared with him but no change of doctors. This guy is a dangerous quack and his license to practice should be investigated at a minimum.

This Dr. did not listen or look up from his cell phone the entire time I was with him. You'd think a psychiatric dr. would care about his patients but he did not listen to a word of what I had to say. Can not believe he has a medical license if my experience with him is how he treats all his patients.

I was in his “care” at Becket springs. He kept telling me I was manic after I had psychotic induced episode from Zoloft. He kept prescribing me more medication after speaking to me for less than 1 minute as I tried to explain I was on Zoloft and I went into a psychotic state that has never happened before. In my opinion, he needs to be punished for the insane stress and trauma he put me through unnecessarily. I can’t believe he has gotten away with the things he has done with no awareness or care. I’d love to speak with him now that I am not in his care. I wonder what his diagnosis would be now after 30 seconds, after the fact I am not incapacited in a mental hospital after having an allergic reaction to medication.

Literally the worst Dr I’ve ever experienced. Doesn’t care, listen, or treat patients with respect. I worry for patients he will be “treating” in the future.
