He came in and never introduced himself. Sat down and only talked into computer dictation device. Did not want to have any conversation about my daughter that was the patient. Asked me a couple questions but never spoke to my daughter. No eye contact. DIfficult to understand. No manners. No plan discussed for how to treat my daughter. Was not open to any suggestions of care for her...when I asked he simply said "no" everytime. I am a nurse of 40 years and never had a physician be so rude! Wil never go back here!!

My 82 year oldmother went here with difficulty breathing. They did nothing at all for her and she cannot even have a 20 minute phone conversation with me without being short of breath. They think a sleep study for sleep apnea is the next step ? It is the middle of the day and she cannot catch her breath. Her lung X-ray was clear though so I guess she better just learn to live short of breath. If Luella Smith drops dead I am calling a lawyer !!

Waiting 4 months for a C-pap machine because Dr Narain has not put in the correct prescription. We have called biweekly with no response. Had to involve insurance company and still waiting.

Dr. Narain is a wonderful healer, always courteous professional. He has a terrific staff and a well organized office. Dr. Narain is always concerned with his patient's overall well-being and takes his time with you on every visit, answering all questions. I highly recommend Dr. Narain.

Dr. Shakti Narain has the most inefficiently run office I have ever been to and I am 76 years old, Rhonda, the nurse does not follow thru with any issues you have regarding getting oxygen equipment. I am looking for another pulmonary Dr. now.

Dr. Narain insists one come into the office to fill prescriptions even if your seeing him every 3 months and it is a drug one has to have.

I don't know what the deal with patient care I in FL. Nobody wants to do there job. I have been waiting for my Rx ,for a scooter,for nine months. Rhonda doesn't follow thru or call back
