Dr. Bolden received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College. As a dental student, she received numerous scholarships and awards including: Thomas P. Hinman scholarship, Robert Wood Johnson scholarship, and the Frank S. Royal Sr. Endowed scholarship. She was also on the Dean's list each semester while attending Dental School.  She was inducted into the Omicron Omicron Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Bolden completed her endodontic training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and received her Certificate in Endodontics. While attending Case Western, Dr. Bolden served as an assistant clinical professor while obtaining a Master of Science degree in Dentistry. Dr. Bolden has served as assistant professor of Endodontics at Meharry Medical College. She also has worked in private practice with other offices before deciding to start her own practice.
Dr. Bolden is active …in many organizations. She is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, Tennessee Dental Association, Nashville Dental Society, American Dental Association, National Dental Association, Capital City Dental Society and American Association of Women Dentists.Â
