Dangerous, malicious, and corrupt. That psychopath has severely and permanently injured me by injecting some corrosive substance into my eyelids. There I was - walked in as a completely healthy individual with beautiful and healthy eyes who never used any "ophthalmological" services before, and walked out with a permanently deformed, scarred, bleeding, and wounded eyelids. After that outrageous and severe medical battery by Small, I have not been able to hold that filthy piece of s_hit accountable as it bribes atrociously corrupt Louisiana courts, "medical" boards, works for corrupt Louisiana "law enforcement," and even removes all reviews form the internet. Beware and avoid being attacked and battered by the filthy b_itch which would not be hold responsible for its atrocious crimes.

HORRIBLE. INJECTED MY PRECIOUS EYELID WITH TOXIC, CORROSIVE SUBSTANCE THAT DEFORMED MY EYE AND ATE THROUGH MY TISSUES. IT NEVER WASHED ITS FILTHY HANDS NOR PUT GLOVES, IT INFECTED ME WITH SEVERE INFECTIONS - THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD ANY INFECTION IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. IT HAS BEEN 2 YEARS BUT I STILL DEAL WITH UNHEALING, RAW WOUNDS AND OTHER INJURIES IT INFLICTED.

I saw Dr. Small for the first time about a week ago as my usual doctor wasn't available. Not only was she beyond nice, she was incredibly thorough and took her time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend her! The staff is just as sweet! I was able to get a quick appointment to fit my hectic schedule. You won't be disappointed with Dr. Small or this clinic!
