Best doctor I've ever had.

I really look forward to my appointments with Dr. Bhat. She is always on time and gets me in and out in no time. I feel that she does an excellent job with my thyroid care which is the reason I see her. She is on top of my labs and always gets back to me asap. I also feel Dr. Bhat is a very warm and caring person. Aside from thinking she's a great doctor, I enjoy her as a person. She's GREAT!!!

Dr Bhat is very kind and put me at ease. She is knowledgable, careful, kind, and considerate and goes all the way to help her patients. She even got Part D insurance to give an exception to reduce a prescription cost from over $200.00 to ZERO! More importantly, she listens to her patients. I'm not too keen on the building, but staff there is very nice, too

I am very grateful to have found Dr. Bhat. I see her several times a year for my condition. And on every visit, she is very caring and helpful. She asks tons of questions and listens very carefully. She's been instrumental in helping me feel my best. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Dr. Bhat is really an amazing doctor. She gave me hope in one of the darkest times of my life. She is a very good listener, gentle, and considerate. Even though it's not in her job description, she remembers pretty much everything I tell her from my personal life-- that especially makes me feel connected to her as a patient. She genuinely cares. Dr Bhat, indeed all of the Endocrinology staff, are patient-oriented. I never felt rushed, never had to wait more than mere moments to be seen. Dr Bhat is personable, patient, spends unrushed time with me to make sure I've asked all my questions and that I've understood her answers. She is so very knowledgeable about pump therapy and has provided me with tools to better manage my diabetes. As I live 700 miles away from LA, Dr Bhat follows up our office visits by telephone to see how I'm doing and to answer any questions I might have about changes we've made in my pump programs. My " medical home" provider, an internist, appreciates the reports that Dr Bhat always gives me, as this allows him to be as up to date as possible re changes in treatment or status concerning my diabetes. At the risk of gushing, I have to say that I'm so very glad to know Dr Bhat, she has helped me so much since May 2013, when I came to UCLA for cancer treatment. With Dr Bhat's help, my blood sugar control was… maintained through chemo and radiation; follow-up visits continue to provide me with the tools I need to manage my diabetes.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bhat for over two years and love seeing her. She is a wonderful doctor. She listens to me, explains things and helps make the best choices for my health. She is easy to talk to and returns my calls when I have questions. I like having a doctor who is optimistic and reliable, especially when it comes to managing my diabetes.
