Dr. Shalini Sethi

I have had the pleasure of assisting with Dr. Sethi in another office and the bad reviews are not the real picture of the Dr. Sethi I know and trust. She's a caring, dedicated periodontist who loves her work and makes it a priority to connect with her patients. The problem seems to be the office, not the dentist. It happens often. The doctor is overbooked. She has no control of scheduling but she's not going to compromise her high standards. Dr. Sethi will give her patients the time needed so they are able to understand and feel comfortable with the treatment necessary. Dr. Sethi is well worth the wait!

My appointment was at 2 PM and I arrived before 2 PM and was called in around 2:15 PM. And since then, I waited there patiently for next half hour (till 2:45 pm) while Dr.Shalini Sethi was treating another patient in my next isle. And finally, at 2:45 PM, I just walked out of the room because she was still discussing about the treatment plans with the other patient. One thing I wanted to ask Dr.Shalini Sethi is, when the dentistry can charge the patient for being late for more than 10 minutes of his/her appointment time, DON'T YOU THINK YOU NEED TO PAYBACK WHEN YOU DELAY FOR MORE THAN 45 MINUTES ? And don't you have the minimum decency to call upfront and inform the patient If there is such a delay in appointment time ? And do remember that time is EQUALLY valuable and important to all of us just like you...And you are no special.... Would never visit and never recommend her...
