Not good for kids. Did not do what our primary Doctor asked. 2 hours plus of questions, and a high invoice. Really unhappy with the experience.

Courteous and friendly staff. Knowledgeable physician, spends a lot more time than other doctors I have seen. You do not feel rushed. Will not make you come in for an office visit to discuss labs. Will do so over the phone.

Doctor is competent, but I've had several bad experiences with office staff and general practice procedures over the last year. Office sometimes closes without notifying patients, and I've had the doctor charge me for a full office visit because she took three minutes to answer my question while passing in the hallway (I was there for shots - got charged twice for that visit). Also had staff dismiss me (hug up the phone) when I tried to voice my concerns about arriving at an office with a closed sign on the door. In general, this office needs a lesson in ethics and professionalism.

The doctor is great the office practices' are not. They do not accept credit cards, charge you for actual receipts that can be submitted to insurance companies/HSA for reimbursement then charge you an obscene amount of money to fax your medical records for a better office.The Dr is rated low because of the staff...

The staff here was actually the best part of the visit. This was my first time with an allergist and my first time getting jabbed 100 times. The staff (a little on the sadistic side) was great and took my crying and howls of pain in stride (I'm SURE they have a jar of tears in the back somewhere). Seriously, these people have been great so far. Dr. Khan was more than courteous and forthright with everything she said and was aggresive in treating my problems. She answered all of my questions, and agreed with the strategy that I wanted to take (getting away from Advair after 7 years).
