Dr. Shama Rasool, MD

Will manipulate and shame you - would insist I was lying to get higher dosages when I told her my anxiety medication wasn't effective. Would forget personal info (asking always about siblings that don't exist and my dad who passed, which made me upset), repeatedly asked about my dating life and make homophobic comments. My medication could only be refilled in person - not only did she repeatedly cancel my appointments the day of, she went on a vacation leaving me 2 more weeks without meds I depended on with no regard to side effects I had from withdrawing COLD TURKEY without warning. When I called to ask to reschedule after that, they insisted they couldn't see me for another 2 weeks unless I skipped work that same day - my retail job during christmas week! After pressing that I couldn't, the male receptionist became hostile and wouldn't reschedule me. Right after, Dr Rasool called me herself to yell at me and call me derogatory names because she insisted I verbally assaulted her… receptionist and should apologize to him (a grown man twice my age). She is completely insane.

Dr Rasool really helped me with my issues and adjusted my medication. I am glad I found her.

She is very rude Doctor we have ever seen our life, no one should be s\eeing her -- she is a witch not a doctor at all.
