I had a confirmed appointment at 1:30 PM and was not seen for over an hour in the waiting room, with no communication regarding the delay. Had we been informed that the office was running approximately an hour behind, we could have stepped out briefly instead of waiting without any update. The absence of even basic status communication reflects a failure in front-end operations and patient flow management. After being brought back, intake (blood pressure, weight, and medication review) took approximately 10 minutes, followed by an additional 20+ minute wait before the physician entered. In total, I spent roughly two hours in the office for less than 10 minutes of physician interaction—an extremely poor allocation of both patient and provider time. During that interaction, the physician did not ask whether I had any questions before concluding the visit and leaving. This lack of engagement reflects a breakdown in basic service standards and patient-centered care. When I raised the… delay, I was told it was due to clinic earlier in the day running behind. However, clinic schedules are predetermined, just like patient appointments. Known operational constraints should be accounted for in scheduling models and capacity planning—not deferred to patients without notice. A confirmed appointment carries a reasonable expectation of timeliness or, at minimum, proactive communication regarding delays. In any well-managed operation, failure to meet scheduled commitments without communication would be considered unacceptable. This experience reflects deficiencies in scheduling practices, time management, and overall operational oversight. Patients are expected to respect the provider’s time; that expectation should be mutual.

I have the first normal blood work up in 8 years thanks to Dr Badruddin. Very wise, and she makes you feel comfortable with her.

I recommend Dr. Badruddin to everyone. I have visited her couple times and she has been very helpful in the best professional manner with her team.
