Husband with stage 4 cancer and rare muscle disease referred to rule out cancer spreading to throat, Dr asked numerous questions, ordered tests and then said ,as we were ready to leave ,oh I should take a look at your throat. Said no need to come back if results are negative for cancer. Based on muscle disease, it was believed swallowing issues were caused by that and not cancer. She was going on vacation and we could get the results over the phone from her office staff. Got results from hospital same day as tests, no cancer. Cancelled follow up appt. as instructed. Approximately two weeks later badgered by office staff calling constantly to come in to review test results, which they also stated about a month after that , they only had one test result and was waiting on the other . Each time being told there was no need to come back and unnecessary to make husband make that trip. They also sent a letter requesting follow up visit. Badgering finally stopped after call to office… manager to file complaint, who conviently wasn't available to take my call. I would never reccommend this office due to numerous incompetancies and lack of compassion. Knowing how sick my husband was and after telling them more than once we were not coming back to constantly call and harass. Thank you for causing me added undue stress during our difficult time. Most offices have more than enough patients that they find it difficult to give appointments, apparently this office doesn't have enough to the point where they have to harass and try to badger people to come in.

Dr. Dhillon is wonderful, however the office staff is extremely unprofessional and has non-professionals making medical decisions. I will not be returning to this office!

Dr. Dhillon was one of few drs i have come across in 30 years that really truly listened to me and cared! She is awesome!

She's terrific. Thorough, kind and super smart. It took a little time to get lab results back, but Dr Dhillon spent time speaking with me about my treatment options and explained the results well. She also works cooperatively with my other doctors to ensure a proper course of treatment. I have tremendous confidence in her. And she's a nice person!
