Dr. Chatterjee is one of the worst doctors I have ever had through COPC. I had a telehealth appt. with her. I had been with the practice for over 10 years. My previous doctor retired so I needed to switch. This was my first appt. with her after switching docs. She was not prepared for the appt at all. My charts or the tests were not viewed ahead of time. She knew nothing about me at all, major facts about my medical history. She was not personable and did not like when I asked her about being prepared for my appt. I called the office about switching to a new doctor and the response was that I was released from the practice. I find it very interesting that a response to a doctor being question about being prepared results in being kicked out of the practice. I would highly suggest choosing a different doctor if you go to this office. Dr. Chatterjee is not a doctor that I would recommend to anyone.

I just finished another great visit with my endocrinologist Dr. Chatterjee. She has been managing my autoimmune disorder for a number of years, and she is excellent at her job. She is kind, smart, a good listener, and very conscientious. I look forward to going to see her, and feel lucky to have her as my doctor.

If you want a caring, humble, efficient endocrinologist in the Westerville area, Dr C is the more than adequate provider. She questions thoroughly and explains clearly. My wait times have never exceeded 5 minutes!!
