Dr. Shamsuddin Virani, MD

Dr Virani is knowledgeable and up to date. He explains everything during each follow up visit. He makes sure you receive your test results when he does, through my Advocate Aurora. During office visits, he refers to the guidelines for your specific cancer, and explains your blood tests within that framework. In this way, if you desire, you or your care giver are able to then check your results before your following visits,to be better prepared with specific questions for each office visit. He is respectful and kind. Always prompt, yet gives you as much time as you need during each visit. He calls personally for some follow up issues. He has even interceded with unique insurance problems. I have been a patient of his for four years and made the decision to continue as a patient, with his recent move. He is an extremely kind and knowledgeable doctor whom I trust.
