Dr. Shana Nicole Bernhard, MD

Seemed like she was annoyed I was referred to her. She didn’t take my pain and symptoms seriously. Right before surgery she didn’t even remember what we discussed doing. She never followed up after surgery and her nurse called two days later and said I don’t need to follow up or see them again??? Here I am over a year later in severe pain and don’t want to go to any doctor after that experience as they will dismiss it as nothing. May have to go out of town to find a qualified doctor! Been living with all this pain and female issues for years and my quality of life has greatly decreased. It’s frustrating. However, she was nice but yet very nonchalant and seemed annoyed by questions! Like pain and discomfort is normal and I just have to deal with it.

Dr Bernhard is amazing!! I am very impressed with her and her staff. Everyone is so kind.

"Dr." Bernhard is responsible, due to her incompetence, for the pre-mature birth of our daughter at 20 weeks and subsequent death. IMO, she is not qualified as a high-risk or in any high-risk situations. If she would have simply consulted a more experienced neonatal specialist when her knowledge and experience were inadequate I would not still be mourning the death of our little girl. Shana would be better suited cooking pizzas at domino's.

Dr. Berhard is very nice, but if you have concerns she blows them off..nothing is a big deal!! I know that if she isn't worried I shouldn't be and it should be a good thing. But, sometimes even a "we will keep an eye on it" or something would be nice! I feel dumb when I call about a concern I have.. not sure if its her or her nurse but its never a big deal and its always normal..even if I feel like I might die!! She doesn't spen very much time in the room with you..seems like she is always in a rush...

Dr Bernhard is the best doctor out there!! She is very compassionate and a great listener. She answered all of my questions. I have referred friends snd family to her snd they all love her!!!

I have been going to Dr.Bernhard for 7 years. I moved 700 miles away about 2 years ago and still drive up 9 hours to her clinic to see her yearly. She is an amazing doctor! I refuse to see anyone else! Love her!

I was going through a very difficult situation and Dr. Bernhard really listened to me and was very compassionate. She explained all my options and I felt very comfortable with her. I recommend her to all my friends. She is my doctor but I felt as though she was my friend also

Dr Bernhard was kind and listened to my concerns. She was easy to talk with and put me at ease. I felt very well cared for
