Let me start with Lord have mercy!!!!!! My appointment was for 2:30pm I sat in of a video screen until 2:52 this lady Shandy McDonald comes on the screen don't even bother to apologize for being late at all. When mention my appointment was 2:30 and I was not happy about the lateness. Shandy immediately brought a very nasty attitude towards me stating that I could change the appointment if I like. When I tried to speak she continually cut me off and continued to be very very nasty and disrespectful. This whole entire establishment is full of doo, doo . I was really trying to give it a chance but at this point I'm done I didn't even last 5 min in that appointment I'm sitting in my car looking for another Doctor's office. I just lost my sister I have so much going on in my life if I was a weak minded person I would have come out of this place a thousand times worse than I went in. RUN FAST AS POSSIBLE AND STAY AWAY FROM THE ACE AND DEFINITELY THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!.
