Lack of knowledge and bedside manner

Didn’t know what to do when I complained about pain after a shot. Very defensive.

Nice guy but just seems that everything I said he blew me off. Was not happy. Gave me a Cortisone shot for my knee even though I told him they don't work with me. He seems to be a here you go now leave doctor.

My wrist was going in and out of its socket after a football injury. Dr. Gustafson spent 2 min. looking at my wrist and he noticed a clicking in my wrist. I was thinking well thats great but what about my wrist falling out of its socket when I pour a bowl of cereal, which I mentioned in my symptoms, I would of been more concerned but he ordered an mri for the clicking and I figured he would see everything on the mri. 2 weeks later his secretary called me and said the mri showed nothing and to see the clinic as needed.I took the mri to my family doctor and in 5 min he told me I tore something in my wrist and needed surgery. In my opinion stay away from this doctor and St. cloud ortho if you are younger every time I go there for football injuries they are just shuffling old people in and out of the doors but They do have good sports rehab.
