Waiting room is crowded and wait is very long. Do not care patients get COVID because of so many patients in one time. Bad manners, do not care attitude

I was referred to Dr. Suchanova by another ENT and I'm thankful he did. She and her aide Michelle are compassionate, knowledgable and have great follow through.

First doctor who listen to what was going on and didn't throw medicine at me to get me to leave. Explained everything to me and I got to see what he was looking at and he explain what we were seeing. Told me he would get to the bottom of my problem. I left his office very happy and secure he will clear this problem up. This has been going on for 2 years. Finally someone who is listening

If you are scared of getting sick, you better put someone in the front door to check folks, temp, before letting them come in instead of embracing them in front of others, why? because your faulty thermometer shows high temperatures. At least replace your crappy thermometer, because after you said my temp is around 103F and make yourself loud, i checked it with 4 different ones the same day and they all showed my temp is around 98. You better stay home and watch TV, because people show themselves under pressure otherwise everyone is nice in a normal condition.
