Must be stressed out these days. He used to be professional and well-mannered. We left shocked by his attitude and never returning.

Dr. Rostermundt actually has his own separate waiting room from the other three dr's in this practice and even still it is very crowded in there. We normally wait about a half hour (seems to be the usual with pediatricians!). The staff is polite. The Dr. himself is very nice, personable, attentive to my daughter, and listened carefully to our concerns and answers to his questions as well.

The doctor himself is ok. It is the office staff that is awful, the worst part being that i'm sure he has no idea! My son needed a sports paper filled out, to get doctor clearance to play football. The waiting period is 3 days, which is fine. The problem is that they LOST my form. I went in to pick it up, all the girls are whispering among themselves, not even agknowledging me, looking in all sorts of cabinets and drawres, meanwhile their supervisor was sitting in a corner, very obviously on a personal phone call! They waited for her to get off the phone, and then wispered to her some more, then finally asked me to wait, I waited over 45 minutes while they ran around looking. I ended up leaving with no paper and my son didn't get to start practice on time because I had to go back to the coach and get another form, and then take it back to the office!! Most awful expieriance ever, I switched doctors. If a sports form can be lost like that, who know's what else they are misplacing!
