Dr. Shane Anthony Williams

Dr. Shane is a very compassionate caring individual. I highly recommend him not only for this reason, but because he is using State of the Art technology and does awesome work. I had dental implants and the procedure was a tremendous success. I would Highly Recommend Dr. Shane. 5 Stars for Sure!!!

This office was very detailed, gave me all of my info prior to my surgery, and the staff was very friendly!! Would definitely recommend!

This is the ONLY doctor i have ever known to call patients HIMSELF (after hours) to check and make sure they are feeling better after their appointments. I have had follow up calls but its always from the nurses and during business hours. Talk about customer service!!! The office workers were extremely friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable during your appointments. If you are looking to have any oral surgery done, I Highly recommend Dr Williams.

Dr. Williams removed my 21 year old daughter's wisdom teeth. She has a major dental phobia and Dr. Williams and his staff were very comforting to her and answered any questions she had. He also personally called later in the day to see how she was doing, which meant A LOT .

Prior to making my appt., I asked the staff to determine my insurance coverage. My procedure was simple and routine, therefore the estimated cost was affordable. However, they neglected to include some necessary info about lab tests, which I was then billed for and to my surprise, even after my due diligence, I was billed more than I was prepared to pay. When I called to ask about the charges and the difference of the original quote, the staff was immediately defensive and took an attitude that I was the one who was mistaken. They did not take any responsibility for the misinformation they gave to me - they were very disrespectful and dismissed my concerns as an insignificant bother. I won't be going back and I don't recommend this office to anyone. "Healthcare" is not just the procedure but includes how you treat your patients from beginning to end. There are plenty of other health professionals in Nashville that are respectful both in their practice and to patients.
