She answered all of our questions and gave easy to understand explanations of the X-ray.

She was the first person to actually touch my foot where I said it hurt!! I have seen two other clinicians at other organizations. She quickly figured out my problem - by touching my foot and listening ins to what I was saying! And then she pretty much fixed it and this issue had been going on for more than 10 months. One provider didn't do anything except tell me to get an MRI. So grateful and wish I had found her sooner!

It was not a good visit, I ended up raising my voice and was upset. I said I just want to put my socks and shoes on and leave. I can't remember everything I said, I said something like you are not offering me any solutions all she seemed concerned about was prior treatments and medications. I told her more than once I had been taking the terburlin yet she kept going back to this. She finally told she could permanently remove them, I told her I could hug her. I also apologized more than once to her.

Great experience

Although making the appointment was a hassle, I was very impressed with Dr. McGinnis. She was very thorough and helped me with my immediate problem, provide me a referral to the orthotic lab and gave me suggestions for other things I can try. I think she is a very good doctor.
