Have been going to the practice for a year and have yet to see the Dr, am ALWAYS pushed off onto the Nurse Prac. Very poor in call backs and discussing treatments and test results.

Best PC Dr. I have had. Staff is very friendly, competent, and compassionate. I would strongly recommend her to family and friends.

She's always taken good care of my son and I! Seems very concerned when I have problems.Tri- star messed up preety good when my son had to have his appendix taken out .She made sure he had a room and made sure to let Tri-star hospital know that they had messed up and had everything ready by the time we got to the hospital!!!!!! Thanks Dr. Steeler ,and by the way my hernia has turned out alright,been feeling good the past couple of months.Hope you continue to work in Pleasant View because your my favorite doctor and really don't care for any of the other docs. down there.

When was the last time your Doctor listened to you, And actually looked at you when you were talking? Dr. Steel is fantastic, caring and personable. Another attribute, she doesn't over-prescribe medication. She treats your whole body and tries to use simple solutions first. I thank you, Dr. Steel for your care. I look forward to seeing you in your new CLARKSVILLE location

Dr. Steele is great, as is her assistant. I've never had a problem with the nurses there, and she herself has a great bedside manner. However, when I've had to deal with receptionists there, I've had terrible results. Calling for refills is useless. Not only do they not call in the refill, but they don't call back to say WHY. And some of them are downright RUDE on the phone for no reason.
