As a healthcare executive in Oklahoma, I have had the opportunity to oversee multiple healthcare clinics including primary care and specialty clinics. I am absolutely shocked by the attitudes of the front office staff at this clinic. As others have mentioned, the providers here are ok, but I have never personally experienced or witnessed treatment as poor as I have from this staff. It is so bad it is bizarre. It is very obvious that treating patients and their families with respect, empathy, and kindness are not values shared by the front office staff of this provider. It is sad to see people working in healthcare who display this kind of attitude when people and their children are at some of their most vulnerable and possibly fearful times when their children are ill. I have read other reviews from people who have seemed to have similar experiences. I hope others will share their voice as well. I also hope the leadership of the clinic reads these reviews and takes a close look at… the concerns mentioned by me and others. What is permitted is promoted. It is an honor and privilege to work in healthcare and be a part of the lives of patients and their families. Those who do not subscribe to that or do not demonstrate that in their role within the healthcare setting, should find another career or be assisted in finding another career. If you are reading these reviews searching for a place to begin taking your children for medical care, I would strongly recommend other providers. There are plenty of great pediatric providers in the greater Tulsa area. It is not worth the overall experience and treatment from this front office staff to see these providers.

She has been my 4 children's doctor for 11 1/2 years. We drive 45 minutes to Owasso because we didn't want to change doctors after she moved. She is caring and excellent with children. I highly recommend her.

Doctors were okay. We rarely got to see regular doctor even for checkups. Often like appointments were rushed. Could never get an appointment the same day I called often had to wait a couple of days. Had experience with rude nursing staff, who think they are doctors.
