She totally failed in counseling me when I was having a difficult time last year, she used to be a lot better. She offered no useful advice when she counseled me in 2019 but I eventually solved my problem on my own. She was always rescheduling appointments due to her busy schedule which was very frustrating. If I ever feel I need a therapist in the future, I will look for someone else.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Bennett's lack of services. I left three messages for Dr. Bennett within a week's time. Unfortunately, I did not receive a call back from the staff or the psychologist herself. I am in healthcare and understand that practices are very busy. However, it is unacceptable to not return a potential patient's call. My son has severe anxiety and tics. It would have been nice to get a response back so I could at least make an appointment. Very disheartening.

From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the clean, pleasant environment. Dr. Bennett's combination of professionalism, knowledge, skill, caring and super personality are unmatched. I've recommended Dr. Bennett and her staff to many others over the years and they all have been grateful for such superb care. I offer the highest recommendation for Dr. Shannon Bennett and her excellent staff.
