I want to give a "zero" star if I can. Over all experience was extremely horrifying. She treated the patient with contemptuous manners and tone. She kept saying "let me finish my sentence" when I asked a question or talk about my concerns. She treated my condition as if it was a joke. If I was feeling okay, why would I have went in for ER? She should take a full course on how to treat patients.

she should not treat if she does not know how. She damaged my son's nerve trying to fix his elbow dislocation and sent us home to find a surgeon who could fix it. He had crazy pain.

Bleeding rectum constantly everyday everytime I go to bathroom. Went to ER was basically brushed off as if it was nothing. Asked her if she wanted a stool sample but she said no. I've had this for 3 months along with fatigue, dizziness, blood clots and fevers. I wouldn't have gone to th ER at northwest community if I didn't feel the way I do. She told me there was nothing they could do they were limited (huge community hospital) and I left feeling the same way I did when I got there, horrible. I get home and all blood & clots came out, she should have took the sample.

Emergency room doctor -- so wonderful know accuracy of diagnosis until there are more tests. She was warm, courteous, efficient, thorough at explaining. I was very comfortable with her under unpleasant circumstances.
