Dr. Shannon Walsh, DO

I came in for a routine annual and left feeling insulted. This doctor is condescending from the moment she walks in, she talks down to patients and doesn’t listen. When I answered her questions, she didn’t like my responses and decided I must be anxious or depressed. She is not a mental health provider and had zero basis for that conclusion. Being tired and direct is not a psychiatric symptom. She then documented this in my chart, an inaccurate note based on nothing more than the fact that I didn’t react the way she wanted. Here is my note to her - This is not a doctor who should be seeing patients face to face. She has no bedside manner, no ability to listen, and no business making patients feel worse after a routine visit.

Horrible experience with her. Would NEVER take my child to her again. She misdiagnosed a bronchial infection.

She is unprofessional. She misdiagnosed hip problems and completely missed a stage 2 tongue tie in my premature son. She is annoyed when mom's call to ask for help after hours. Wouldn't trust her with my dog!
