Fantastic in hospital but in office a different story. We arrived for our 1045 appt at 1045 am. We were in parking lot at 1040 with no parking. Had to park at end of parking lot and walk w new baby. ReEFUSED FOR US TO BE SEEN and said we were late said if we checked in at 1045 we would’ve been seen but since the clock changed to 1046 while checking in we were considered late for the appt!!!! Our appt time was scheduled for 1045. Office said they sent a text message out earlier to arrive 15 min ahead and if late wouldn’t be seen. We NEVER received the message until after we left the office and it said it was sent out at 10 am. Mind you we live over 30 minutes away so even if we could’ve been there earlier sending a message 45 minutes before the appt time w a new baby is ridiculous. Poor customer service and we had to reschedule the appt. This is NOT the first issue with the providers in this office. Not our problem they double booked the appt and we have to suffer but if they are… running late we are expected to flexible and wait. I’ve worked in healthcare as a nurse for 30 yrs and have never seen treatment so absurb.

I am a first time mom & the staff and doctors at Carrollton OBGY are so kind hearted and very informative. They truely take the time out to address any questions or concerns that you may have. I know that when delivery time is here I will be in good hands with any one of the doctors!!
