I have seen dr Floyd three times now in both her locations. She and her staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. Dr Floyd always has a smile on her face and I would reccommend her in a heartbeat.

Dr. Floyd has become my regular doctor for my foot issues and has helped me considerably.

A few friends had Dr.Floyd as their foot doctor and loved her.I went to her for an ingrown toe nail and later because of foot pain I was having. She is a very caring, compasionate doctor and I really liked her. With confidence,she said I probably had a neuroma or damaged bone.I was convinced she knew what she was talking about, because she gave great explanations of what she would do. Totally confident. She ended up cutting off a joint bone (cut off too short) cut a tendon by mistake (she never knew she did it) and putting in an implant, which was falling out.(she had no clue) After the operation, my foot was bleeding through the bandages and in extreme pain. I called to ask about why this was happening and told it was normal, no need to come in. When I went back a week later, my foot was infected and I was put on mega antibiotics, when that did not work ,she sent me to other doctors, because she had no idea what to do or what was happening. She tried, but this was beyond her… training.One doctor I was sent to told me to see a orthopedic foot surgeon in Tampa who might help me.I have now had two surgeries to try to fix my foot.I had to have my bones re-aligned and a permanent metal strip holding my toe to a main bone in my foot. I have no joint ,my toe is rigid and can’t bend and my foot is is constant pain. She operation has had a impact on my life,because I now need special shoes and can’t walk without pain in my foot. Can’t jog or do most exercises. She is wonderful for minor foot problems,but this was way beyond her level of expertise.

Dr. Floyd is the best podiatrist in Ocala, Fl. She is compassionate, compitent, confident, takes the time to really listen to her patients and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of all her patients. Her office staff is very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this physician.
