Shannon Gutschick is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She truly enjoys people and feels strongly about assisting others. She specializes in treating anxiety, stress, undeveloped coping skills, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma. Shannon received a Master's degree in Licensed Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She uses a blended treatment approach, valuing different therapeutic modalities. These approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Humanistic/Rogerian approaches, person-centered therapy (PCT), motivational interviewing, and more.
