Staff was friendly and showed a genuine care about my uncle’s wellbeing. Dr. Hancock was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean environment. Dr. Hancock, very caring, professional, and detailed. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Hancock took the time to go through my medical history without rushing. He treated me like a person, not like a number. Dr . Hancock is terrific. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.

Dr. Hancock is wonderful. He explains everything completely and is very efficient. I can always plan to get in and out of the visit with everything covered and all my questions addressed.

I've been a patient at his office for over 15 years, and remember my first appointment with him. It did not go well. Within 1 minute of meeting him I found him arrogant and condesending not to mention he decided (within a minute of first meeting him) to remove me from nerve medication not even going over the reason of why I had been put on it. I've stuck it out with him since he started til now hoping that the appointments would get better, or his demeanor change, this unfortunately hasn't happened and I am now looking for a new primary care Dr. The final straw fro me has been within this past year of him refusing to call in my daily meds such as thyroid medicine, his first reason was because he refused to reschedule my appointment, so i was without it for over 2 weeks. The last was when my specialist for my arthritis done a random lab check on my thyroid (which he tends to do from time to time), Once Dr Hancock found out the other Dr checked it, he made the remark, "well if he's… going to test your thyroid, he can write the medicine". I thought, wow, surely he isn't serious. The following month I realized he did not refill that med and when I called to see if they would refill it, I received the same answer. I love the office itself and staff and have never had an issue with anyone, but I will not be treated in that manner any longer. It's really a shame that after 15 years, this is what it has come down to.

Does not give accurate diagnosis, I was told that I did not have cancerous cells on my face, 1 year lsaer I saw a dermatologists that removed cancer from a large portion on left side of face. Doesn't listen to symptoms and spends very short time with me. Discontinued thyroid and arthritis medicines that I had taken for 15 years before moving here, now new doctor has added them back.

Dr. Hancock is very easy to talk to and really seems to care about me and my family. I started out with him at Bartlett place then moved with him 2 more times. He is the only one I trust with my son. I would give him an A+ his 2 nurses are great as well.

Dr. Hancock is great......in my opinion he is the best Dr. in Morristown Tn.

I called and scheduled an appointment for my son. Due to my job, I told them it had to be no later than 8:00 or I needed another day. They assured me that it was but when the sent out the auto reminders my appointment was actually set at 8:30. I did complain to the doctor.
