Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:I chose to pursue a career in nursing because I thoroughly enjoy helping people and communicating with them. I also enjoyed the science aspect and understanding how the human body works. I specialized in mental health because I felt that this is where I thrived and could use my ability to connect and communicate with people to the best of my ability.What I want my patients to know about me:I am an open, down to earth provider who lets you express your concerns, frustrations and goals for treatment. I will help you make informed decisions about your medications based on evidence-based information and education I can provide. I have a good sense of humor and am genuine. I truly care about your needs and what your goals are for treatment. I am flexible and compassionate. Yes, I am a Cleveland Browns fan. I was born and raised in Ohio and stay true to my roots when it comes to sports.What I do when I'm not seeing patients:I love food! I am a big foodie. I like to go out to eat and try new restaurants.I enjoy listening to music and I love to dance. I exercise when I can so I can burn off what I eat in all the food I enjoy.I love to travel with my husband and explore new places.
