I’ve been going with Dr. Hayes for 4 years now and she has always been questionable but I just couldn’t put my finger on it. She has great bedside manners but if you have any real concerns about your children, she just blows it off and blames it on their prematurity if they were born premmie like my children. I had to advocate and go behind her back to get my daughter seen by a GI specialist who Dr.Hayes said wouldn’t be able to help my daughter and bomb, 2 months later my daughter is free of all GI problems due to that speacialist taking the time to hear my concerns and assessing my child properly. Also, don’t come in the office having a “not so great” day because Dr. Hayes will put that in your child chart like it’s concerning “ out of the 4 years I’ve been coming to her for my children and I have 1 bad day( not in a friendly mood) I have personal stuff going on and she charts it on my child’s chart and twist my words for what I came in there for and put it into her own words… (basically a lie) just know, no matter how much you think you know someone and they know you, Dr. Hayes will not have your back when and if you need her to. My advice for everyone that I have referred to her is RUN and my advice to anyone who has her now, RUN because you may be next and your child may actually need an advocate and she won’t be it!

Absolutely wonderful, Dr. Hayes is extremely an knowledgeable doctor and she really cares about her patients. She is patient, kind,down to earth and is not full of excuses. Your family will be treated with the most upmost respect and not disregarded Just another patient of the day.

Dr. Hayes, has been seeing my granddaughter since birth. She is a loving caring, individual. She is also compassion,; she will care for your child like he/she is her only patience.

Went to another Dr. in the same office and when I went back because she was sick again I had to see Dr. Hayes because he was off. I LOVED HER she did not dismiss me because I was a first time Mom. My daughter has not got sick after that, and she is VERY helpful!!! We only see her now!

It's ok while you are having just check-up visits. If your child sick do not expect much help here. I was sent home with 12 months old having 101F temperature told that it's ok, and it's just a virus and takes a couple days to recover. Nobody follow up during next days and my child still had a high fewer. I was trying to contact doctor, but she was too busy to return my calls. After 10 days with high temperature we ended up with complications and 3 days in hospital.... To get a referral to specialist takes a weeks... Once we get a letter from billing department saying that we did pay our copay portion during 2 years?????? It took me some time and nerves to find out that it was just mistake. Of course nobody even said - sorry......

I take both of my children to Dr. Hayes, and she is the best. About four or five years ago my daughter (who is now 7) was very sick with the flu. She was burning up with fever and vomiting. I was alternating Tylenol and Motrin every 3 hours, but nothing could keep the fever down. Dr. Hayes gave her a medication that had to be compounded at the pharmacy. After I got home aroung 6:00 p.m. I gave my daughter the medicine, and she threw up again. Nonetheless, she apparently got enough medication in her system because she woke up the next morning with no symptoms. To put the icing on the cake, Dr. Hayes personally called me at home to make sure my daughter was O.K.
