Dr Jennings is a nasty excuse of a "doctor". She took advantage of me by video conference when I was a patient at St Francis in Evanston. To begin the story, I came to St Francis because the family friend I was staying with at the time was concerned. I went along with him because of the complexity of the relationship with him and the connections I had to his church. Along the way, I got him to promise that he would not bring up the two topics. That was my condition for walking onto the hospital property. (I figured I could maybe get some sleep medication or a referral for counseling). What I was connected with was a psychological evaluation. Instead of anything positive, I was taken full advantage of. If I was able to stay calmed in the bad situation, I would have asked to have a police officer present to help hold that nasty psychologist woman (Dr Shannon Jennings) accountable and to bring balance to the crazy out of context things said by the man who got me to go in with him.… Whereas balance and gentleman civility would have been for this man to keep his promise to not say anything about X and Y, he went ahead and spilled out what he wanted to say about these things, taking out of context what I'd said. Jennings took full advantage of the citation with the concerned party who overstepped proper bounds with his sharing. Jennings failed to attempt to build any rapport. She wrote down things that are obviously false to anyone knowledge, such as claiming that I was paranoid about the (US) gov watching me when I speak to my Chinese friend on "Facebook." (The Chinese use WeChat and it's common knowledge that the Chinese gov has access to spy there). Jennings took sloppy lazy notes all around that did not help my case, such as writing down that I had an incident in Massachusetts recently where I was too out of touch with reality to communicate with the police there. (The real version of this story is what happened back in 2015 after I had been poisoned and later beat unconscious, defending myself in a fight). Jennings wrote down false quotes by me concerning my viewpoints on use of violence. Jennings has a complete illegitimacy about how she practices psychology.
