Dr. Shannon Yvette Pitts, MD

Recently had an appointment at 1:00, at 2:00 I was informed that Dr Pitts had to "step out" of the office and wasn't told if or when she would be back. I was offered a visit with a physician's assistant. Since I was out of my. medication and was told he could send in a precription, I agreed to see him. I feel that I should have been told that Dr Pitts was not available and having waited an hour, I should have been given early on the option to reschedule so I could leave to conduct other business.

She nearly cost my son his life

Insurance Personnel are not polite or knowledgeable or people friendly or helpful.

Her office has a wonderful fish tank, She is very attentive cares about her patients and is a wonderful spirit. Her practice of medicine is well recommended by me.
