I have a medical practice management and surgery center background, and felt like that care was not present and felt rushed. My concerns were not addressed but felt like an inconvenience. I am fairly healthy and work out daily, but was answered like I was a non compliant patient. It was not the most positive experience and will make sure to schedule with the MD at my next appointment who helped me previously and showed more care and active listening, not made me feel like a number.
