Exceptional office performance.

This office has never had good management. Waiting time when trying to make an appt. is 10 min.avg. on the phone. Mess. left for nurse/phys. not addressed and return calls rarely made. Patients can never speak with an office staff except when calling for an appt. Receptionist often rude to patients. I have addressed this with my phys. but no changes have been made. I attempted to see my phys. a couple of wks. ago and was told there were no avail. appts. I was told to call back and leave a mess. on the nurse line and I would receive a call back. I left messages on 2 consecutive days and NO RETURN CALL. This was a problem visit; I was sick. So therefore, I was forced to see a phys. at a local Urgent Care Facility. This is not acceptable. I have been seeing my phys. for well over 10 yrs.
