Dr. Shanti Lynne Eswaran, MD

Very poor feedback from Dr. Eswaran. She requested I take physical therapy but did not followup timely with my physical therapist after repeated contact. I felt she did the bare minimum of treating my condition, which was never really treated, I am now looking for another doctor for help. Very disappointed with her manner and treatment, will not be going back to U of M hospital.

Dr. Eswaran is very thorough. She ran a myriad of tests until she found out what was going on with me and was finally able to give me a diagnosis. She has a great bedside manner and takes the time to listen to her patient's questions and concerns.

This doctor was cold and uncaring. I felt like I was bothering her by being there. She ordered a test but I never went back. I felt so awful when I left, like my years of suffering were stupid to her or not interesting enough. I never went back and found a different doctor that had some compassion.

Had one visit with this doctor and I feel comfortable about it.

She takes time to hear what you are saying. She does not talk to you with one hand on the door knob like a lot of other doctors do.
