My kids have been going to Dr.Zheng for the past 5 years, and she has never steered us wrong. She genuinely cares about the patient and also the parents. She is able to accurately diagnose an ailment and prescribe the medication. She is very friendly with the kids and parents. She spends a lot of time explaining the child's condition to the parents, understands that we're anxious about our kids, and patiently repeats instructions. She gives detailed suggestions about how to take care of my kids when they fall sick. She is very easy to reach even during non-office hours. She always calls back and gives me the right kind of advice. She has never ever made us feel that we're taking too much time during consultation, even when the next patient has arrived for his/her appointment. I've never had to wait for more than 15 mins for the doctor to see my kids. The office premises are neat, staff is friendly and efficient. I cannot stop singing praises of this doctor, and I would definitely… recommend her to everyone.
