I’d give her zero stars if I could. All she did was talk down to me the whole visit. Whenever I asked a question, I was met with a tone of annoyance. I absolutely do NOT recommend her.

Non-stop condescending tone from her. Would've appreciated more help and less attitude from this one.

She begins with a condescending tone right from the start. We show up looking for help and are met with being talked down to. Her lack of social skills was appalling.

She was absolutely awful to work with and tries to intimidate other healthcare workers and makes families feel ignorant.

This a.m. I made a visit to Swedish Edmonds and Dr. Shari Engstrom saw me. She was very easy to talk with and was interested in me and my condition. I so appreciated her attitude and thankful she was there!
