Sharlese Jones been doing therapy for over 15 years, helping various needs. She's a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) that has assisted children, teens and families in learning new skills to manage, anger, depression, anxiety, stress, build confidence, ADHD, mood regulation. self esteem building, transgender issues, couples issues, life skills, parenting, grief, and various other situations. Sharlese completed her Master's degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling and School Counseling and her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from CSUS Sacramento. She became Licensed as a Marriage Family Therapy and have been working online as a therapist since. She utilize multiple treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy (SFT), and strength-based therapy (SBT).
