Dr. Sharmel Ormonde Kasten, DO

Dr. Kasten is very smart, and very thorough. I happily switched over to her when she left Clovis Medical. Brought my 81 year old Mom to her, and she has always seen the NP, who is also good. The problem is the mind-numbing wait times. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We have moved on.

Dr. Kasten truly listens and is thorough. Sometimes you do have to see a nurse practioner and they are great. as well.

Nurse practioner was outstanding. The doctor also excellent and helped me with my two major concerns. Was very satisfied with both ladies and am looking forward to feeling better.

You will never meet the dr if you are hmo, you will see a np instead. Difficult to make an appointment. You need to leave a message and "hope" that Mary calls you back. If she does, pick up or its phone tag for days. Do not recommend.

She has an assistant that sees patients. I would never go there again!

I really like Dr. Kasten, she listens and she works through issues trying to find solutions. Sadly, the fact that it is hard to get an appointment and then, once there, no matter what time of day, she is always running late. It is not acceptable to make patients wait for hours. Once in a while is understandable, but every single time is clearly poor scheduling, or poor time management on the doctor's part.

Great Doctor, very caring the office staff is wonderful, much better than the previous office of Clovis Medical Group.

I saw Dr Kettler because she was available. She was great, spoke to me, engaged me in the encounter, spoke to me intelligently and had suggestions I may use. She was conservative in her diagnosis and what needed to be done. Set me up for follow up in a timely manner.

She does tend to run late, but other than that very happy with her.
