Dr. Sharmila Ramprasad, MD

Dr. Ramprasad is a very money hungry so called "Dr." that is concerned only with her bottom line. She ordered numerous test for me that were totally unnecessary (all came back negative) just to line her pockets. When I told her that no other Dr. had ordered any of these test for me in over 20 years she refused to listen. Then she said if she was going to see me in the future I would submit to her testing every 3 months whereas other doctors only ordered testing once a year because I never had a problem. Just routine checks on a annual basis for me. Also she cut my medication from 6 months to 3 months so that I would have to pay her 4 office visits and RXcharges per year instead of my usual 2 office visits and Rxcharges per year. I told her to her face, on my last visit today, that she is a money grubbing Dr. that cares only about her purse not her patient. She spends only 3 minutes with me each visit and has a robotic bedside manner. This is the 2nd and last visit for me. Don't waste… your money and time. Stay far away for "Dr. Rampra"sad".

i have multiple doctors, Dr. Ramprasad is my primary. She is also my favorite Doctor. No matter how bad I feel when I enter her office, I always feel so much better when I leave. She is what a Doctor should be.

She was very fair & resourceful, when I did not have insurance.

I thought the wait time was pretty long, but once I met with the doctor, I found that she was willing to spend the appropriate amount of time with me. Also, she was very quick in calling me to let me know the results of any tests that I had done. She was also interested in comparing previous results from another doctor to the current results. She indicated no hesitation with referring to a specialist for any concerns.

I was a patient for nearly 5 yrs. I lost my job and breakthrough coverage. I had a allergic reaction to a medication she prescribed and the doctor refused to see me because I couldn't afford to pay for an office visit. I begged for a payment plan or told her I'd pay 1/2 upfront and she flat out refused. She didn't care any my health or if I died she was only concerned with making her money. Shameful and very disappointing. Stay away from this doctor.

I saw Dr. Ramprasad for a physical. Scheduling was great, I could sign up for an appointment through her web page. I experienced Dr. Ramprasad as an interested and knowledgable professional, appreciate her bright and friendly attitude. I feel like I'm in very good hands with someone who cares. She followed up quickly after the initial appointment, and so will I with future appointments.

Non compassionate physician; incapable of bedside manner and overall customer service. I do not recommend Dr. Ramprasad and do not believe that she will be in practice long.
