NP Ali is clearly well educated in her profession. She also seems to be impressed with her own knowledge and often talks before listening to the patient. A little more time listening to the patient's thoughts/opinions might be helpful even if said patient is not medically trained.

Genuinely one of the only doctors I've seen in years that I think is a decent human. She seems very kind, she listened to my health issues and gave realistic suggestions/ answers, was patient and let me ask my questions, and even went the extra mile to help with other issues. First doctor I've felt safe with in years. Everyone else I've seen (at other places) has been traumatizing and horrible at their job. VERY glad I was able to find her as a doctor. I really hope I don't ever need to find another one. She's actually nice. I was a little confused on the explanation of my results since we didn't rlly go over that too In depth but it was probably cuz we ran out of time. She explained everything pretty well for the most part
