Dr. Sharmin Sadruddin Qureshi, MD

Dr. Sharmin Qureshi is a terrible doctor. JUST STAY AWAY FROM HER. You may find some positive reviews of her on website, but those are very likely fake or paid by Dr. Qureshi herself. My father was at Good Samaritan Hospital (San Jose, California). After staying in ICU for a few days, he got a little better and was sent to normal unit. Unfortunately, Dr. Qureshi was assigned as her doctor. She never came to see my dad in 2 days he was in the unit. Nurse sent my phone number to her, but she never called me in 2 days to discuss about my dad's condition. She told nurse to take off IV fluid supply of my father in morning, and he was supposed to get nutrient via peg tube (stomack). Nurse was waiting for peg tube nutrient order from Dr. Qureshi. Nurse and nurse supervisor called again and again, but Dr. Qureshi didn't answer for several hours until 7pm. The next day, the nurse told me that Dr. Qureshi was preparing to release my dad from hospital although his condition got worse.… She never saw my dad even for one minute. Finally, we requested hospital administration to remove her as my dad's doctor. The new doctor came, saw my dad and sent my dad to ICU again since his conditon got worse due to negligence of Dr. Qureshi. Someone like Dr. Qureshi should not have medical license to practice.

Dr. Qureshi and her staff truly care about their customers. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. She was clear with expectations and her service was the best I've received in a long time. I'll be going to Dr. Qureshi for now on!

She is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares over her patients. She is more old fashioned and I love that!
