Prompt, friendly, and accurate

I was very disappointed in the way my appointment of my 91 year old aunt Viola Joseph. We were scheduled to come for 11:45. That second receptionist really messed up without vertification of the visit. Upon arrival I didn’t have time to call and check in from the car because my sister and I had to get our paralyzed aunt out and on to the wheelchair. My sister called to say we’re a little late which was no more than 5 to 10 minutes. We sat there for 2 hours and 45 minutes waiting to be seen. The initial problem was we weren’t given ample to prepare to get there. We were called at about 10:50 to say we can come for 11:45. Well we had to rushed to get our aunt dressed. But it was already stated that she was paralyzed on her left side. We weren’t called back in sufficient time nor were we received for a visit within our scheduled time.

Very good doctor and staff. Answered all my questions and gave me helpful advice with my diagnosis. Kind and caring. Will recommend others to her.

She is simply the best. She’s truly an expert in podiatry and wholeheartedly trust her with all of my foot care needs. She’s a stellar doctor.
