Great office. Dr Shepheard is a rip off! Always in a hurry, impatient, does not listen to patients, and just goes on and on about his years of experience.

My mother asked me to go with her because her dentures she had just gotten were falling out of her mouth. When I asked her why, she told me, that she was scared of him, because he yelled at her. I went with her, thinking she had just misunderstood. He was rude, ill mannered, and totally out of line with my mother, and then when me, when I asked him some questions. When I tried to get him to explain something. He told me he had already spent time with my mom. and he was the dentist so he knew what he was talking about, and I must be to stupid to understand. I cannot believe he talked to my mother or myself like that. I also cannot believe he even has a license. The office was filthy, the employees were terrified of him, and there were 2 other people in the waiting room with complaints about there dentures. I have waited 3 weeks to do this. Hoping I would calm down. but it is not happening. I was appalled by his lack of respect.I can assure you, no one that I know will go to… him, and I can also assure you that I will tell this story to everyone I meet, so they will not have this happen to them.
