Dr. Sharon M Bartosh, MD

I saw Dr. Bartosh as a teenager for my kidney disease. I was on high levels of zoloft for depression. She claimed this was causing my disease and had me drop off of zoloft cold turkey. I became deeply depressed and suicidal. I spent the next couple years going on and off different anti-depressants while still relapsing. In the end no other Nephrologist believed serotonin medications to cause my disease. While Dr. Bartosh helped with my disease in some ways, she also caused one of the worst experiences in my life.

Worst doctor I have encountered. She will not answer questions. Does not like to listen to parents and does not iteract with the kids well. I have been yelled by her, and she walks out of the room if you ask her any questions. She refuses to call a parent or patient back who as health concerns. I have to rate her with 1 star,but if I had my choice her rating would be a negative 10

My son has been a patient of hers for over a year now and the knowledge she has and the ability to get things done is amazing. She has taken great care and concern for our son and we are incredibly happy with our care. She is very well educated and always explains everything to us so we are on the same page.

Gets irritable if you ask questions or share concerns. Interrupts. Bossy. Rude. Impatient. Her way or the highway attitude. Not open to new ideas. Very poor personality for being a doctor. Not good with my little one.

Terrible experience with this doctor. She dismissed my son in 10 minutes despite his renal deficiency, answered NONE of my questions and was clearly more concerned about sticking to her schedule than caring for her patients. Poor, poor, poor. Find someone else who cares about your child.
